Send us your sample (preferably as a pure culture) and we will subculture to ensure a pure culture, select a colony, PCR amplify the 16S rRNA gene, sequence the PCR product using 5 primers (27f, 330f, 785f, 1492r, 810r), assemble the reads into a final sequence ready for deposit in GenBank, and provide a report of BLAST best matches. $100 setup charge (1 per batch of samples) + $50 for each organism in the same batch.
