Because it is expected that most people will want multiple organisms analyzed, the best way to pass on savings from parallel processing is to have a setup fee followed by a per sample fee. If you have four samples to be analyzed (e.g. a novel organism and three reference type strains), the charge for the analysis would include one setup fee + 4x the sample fee.
